Refund policy

KraftCellar (www.kraftcellar.com) has a hassle-free Return and Exchange Policy.

We offer you the option to exchange or return items purchased on www.kraftcellar.com within 10 days of receipt.

Product with "SALE" badges cannot be returned or exchanged.

You can either exchange for another size or another product. Return pickups are arranged by us.

Once your returned product is picked up, we'll promptly dispatch the replacement to you.

In case you choose to return the product, we provide STORE CREDIT which is valid for 1 year. Post return you will receive the store credit within 24hrs.

Refund is not applicable on delivered items.
